Deeply committed to education, Brenda recently started her own business "Scholarships And College Planning." As the Educational Consultant, her role is to take the stress and the overwhelm off the prospective college-bound student and his/her parent and make the transition to college painless. She will hold your hand through the whole process. Brenda also provides scholarship links to anyone who needs money for education. She enjoys helping others find a way to finance their dreams. Her New York City job experiences and speaking engagements supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Business Education from Lehman College (the Bronx) provide a solid background to teach and instruct others.

Ms. Hall conducts seminars, writes articles for various publications, and is available for speaking engagements and a free consultation. Brenda is a member of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the newly formed Middletown NAACP, a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, a National Women’s In Network (NWIN) member, a Mt. St. Mary Adult Education instructor, a member of the Middletown Kiwanis Club, a member of the Middletown Business and Professional Women’s Club, and a former RECAP Board member.

She is a devoted godmother to 19-year-old Clifford Jackson and little Malachi Victor, and a doting grandmother to little Raquel Harriet and Jordan Smith (who is 5 going on 14) both from Nassau County. She is also a 2007 graduate of Orange Ulster BOCES Entrepreneurial Assistance Program, and finally yet importantly, she is a Barbizon School of Modeling Graduate.

How the business got started:

My godson is the reason that I started this business. A couple of years ago, when he was 14, I started researching college information. There was so much information available out there. I was confused and did not know where to start. I knew that parents did not have time to do the research – thus the business was born. Just think of me as your rich Aunt as I guide you through the scholarship and college process.
